What makes Righteous Felon jerky different from grocery store brands?
Unlike the mass-produced 'big jerky' brands, we use pasture-raised Black Angus beef and bold, artisanal flavor profiles. Our jerky is handmade in small batches with no nitrates and significantly less sugar than the competition.
Is your jerky gluten-free?
Most of our flavors are gluten-free; however, a few specific recipes use ingredients like soy sauce that contain gluten. Please check the 'Nutrition Facts' and ingredient list on each product page for specific dietary information.
How long does the jerky stay fresh after opening?
While our jerky is shelf-stable for up to a year unopened, we recommend consuming it within 3-5 days after opening for maximum freshness and flavor. If you can wait that long, you have more willpower than us.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package hits the road.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or if the packaging arrived damaged, please contact our support team within 14 days and we will make it right.
